Mark Kytta and Dave Miller have begun a new business, named Technology Now Inc., providing computer, computer networking, and Internet solutions for small and mediumsized businesses in Wayne and Holmes counties and throughout Northeast Ohio.
“Technology Now is aimed at offering no-nonsense computer solutions to the general business community, as well as to some specialized professions such as medicine,” says founder Mark Kytta. “We also will help customers with our expertise in networking, computer security, computer controls, wireless technologies, and web solutions.”
Technology Now will be located at 405 W. Liberty Street in Wooster, but already has a client base across Northeast Ohio. Kytta, a computer programming graduate of the University of Akron, was a computer repair technician in the U.S Air Force and a technical team leader with IBM. He began his own small computer business in 1998, and is moving from that company to launch Technology Now along with Dave Miller. Kytta lives in Rittman, and has more than 20 years of computer technology experience.
Co-founder Miller, of Wooster, has a degree in physics from Mansfield (PA) University and a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech University. He was a systems engineer with Computer Data Systems, assisting the U.S. Department of Energy with its computer needs. Miller also worked at Rubbermaid and IBM before beginning a new business with Kytta in 1998.
